No Context
In this poster series, I am exploring the assumptions one may have whilst observing an object or body part when it has been removed from its original context. It's an exercise in seeing, not just looking. What do you see?

These are some close up details of the scan before they were tidied up in Photoshop, and brought into Illustrator. Initially, I overlaid a sheet of transparency paper over the image to hand draw all the type in the right position. I then scanned the transparency in at a high resolution (about 600dpi) and brought it into Photoshop to erase any unwanted marks and lines. I then placed the file it into Illustrator, live traced the type and tweaked different apsects of the type.
